Commerce scale unit installation health check is getting failed - d365 fo on prem

hi I am getting error when installing commerce scale unit, below are the errors which I am getting. Please help if anyone has faced same issue.

    I am getting a similar error.
    Our  installation is failing on Step 27/31 of the CommerceStoreScaleUnitSetup.exe.
     
     
    I have not been able able to resolve this issue.
