Data entity not loading in one particular ENV

Hi All,

I am facing a peculiar issue while loading the data for one entity which is "Asset Management Maintenance job type defaults".

it is working fine in local development environment how ever in UAT  not a single record is getting loaded it is in executing mode for ever,

this is a standard entity we have not made any changes to entity or table  extension.

Kindly provide your feedback on this.

    I have checked the status for one record it self it is still taking   more than 1 hour and still it is not uploaded

    Can you tell us from what change this is happening? Are there any deployments recently happened? If yes what is the customisation related to? Even if it is not related to exact object some references also can cause this issue.

    Also try debugging the UAT environment by which method it is taking too long to respond. I am sure it should be due to the recent deployment. Please check and let us know.

    related to this entity there is no customization and same in table too, I got the UAT data in my Dev still it is working fine I am not able to debug in UAT (we dont have rights otherwise i could have debugged it)

    I will try to rephrase my question. Is it not working from starting? Or it is not working now? If not working from now what was the change recently happened?

    Also did you try refresh the entity list from parameters? And is this only for single entity or for all?

    Can you delete this entity from DMFEntity table. Do a sync and try again. Try deleting its related staging table as well.
