Unable to open ExpenseMobileExpenseReportDetails menu item in Tier 2 environment

Hi Experts,

When I try to open ExpenseMobileExpenseReportDetails menu item in Tier 1 environment, I am able to open. The same menu item try to open in Tier 2 environment, getting

The menu item with name expensemobileexpensereportdetails could not be opened.

How to resolve this. Please anyone help here.
