Cant hide/show a previously customized button using Ribbon Workbench

Hi, I'm trying to show this button using Ribbon Workbench in xrmToolBox. It seems to have been customized earlier but at the moment, both the options to hide/show it and to customize it aren't visible or acessible, as you can see in the picture below.

Is there something I'm missing?

    Hi,

    Once the options have been clicked and the properties are shown in the below, the buttons will be shown as disable. But you can still customize it with edit the properties.
