Hi,

Is any possibility to open a case record in the new tab in order to work with multiple cases at the same time

Hi there,

You can use Customer Service Workspace OOB app to achieve this. Every record or entity opened through this app opens in a new tab under the app.

It essentially creates a new session for each case and under each session you can have multiple tabs.

Hi Partner，

1.You can try to use Customer Service Workspace OOB app:

2.Press keyboard ''ctrl'' and use mouse click the record, then the case record will be open in new tab of current browser window.

--“Shift” keyword + click will open new tab in new window,
