Hi Master,

I am working on the restructuring of the security roles in the company and i need to have a list of each users and their assigned Roles. 

there is a table containing users and roles assigned ? or another way to see a list of these data

    Hi,

    It is possible to view the list of roles per user using the User details form in AX, but this is for each user one by one.

    The information you are looking for is in the table SecurityUserRole. You have to join with the table SecurityRole to get the role names.

    These system tables can be found in AOT -> System documentation -> Tables.

    Also the table SecurityUserRoleCondition contains the association of each user/role combination to each company.  If there are no records, that corresponds to the "all companies" option.

    Thanks, i did was to related the table SecurityUserRole with SecurityRole in a View!!!!
