Hi,
I have 6 Terminal Server clients machines with CRM for Outlook installed and it works properly. My problem is that users are being logged in randomly between those 6 clients (ex: A user opens a remote desktop session and is being logged into TS01, later during the day he logs off. when he logs back in he's being logged on the TS04). Now CRM supports a user to use CRM only on 1 CRM for Outlook machine. When a user tries to configure his CRM for Outlook on a second TS it gets an error stating: "You already have Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook installed on another computer."
In order to use CRM For Outlook I have to go into the CRM Outlook Menu/Options to change the synchronization setting to use this computer as the primary computer. It works but it is quite annoying for the users to change that setting each time they log in.
I am not using the Offline Features, do I really need that synchronization??
Anybody could help me? I was wondering if a registry key could be pushed at logon.
