I am working on word templates in 2013. I think I did everything correct but when I go to print the template for an SOP invoice with changes, I get the standard one. I have assigned it to the company and to the customer.
I do have compatibility on.
Any thoughts. I need to get this working.

I have the same issue. SOP Order Blank form modified template is working correctly but SOP Invoice Blank form modified template is not working it will show up only standard one. I follow the same step to both modified template.
Can anyone assist me?

Did you reimport the SOP template after you modified it?
Was it based on a modified report? if so - does the user have security access to the modified version?
