You could easily check what table variables are declared in classes related to BOM*, check the relations on BOM* tables, and also use cross-references on all those objects and filter it down to \Data Dictionary\Tables\* to get a comprehensive list.

You could also check the Entity Relationship Diagram online:

    https://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/ax/erd/ax2012r2/All-TableModule-13.htm#t-bom

    https://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/ax/erd/ax2012r2/Fky-Manufacturing-ParentChilds-11.htm

You can generate relationship diagrams yourself too:

Bom tables are related to multiple tables like production order, site, warehouse, vendors,...etc

so can you elaborate your inquiry to get an aspecific answer

you can use the same logic in below

if you need to know any details about any process like production order.

just open this form and personalize and check queries to understand the running business logic between this tables

    productation-order.png

also, you can check relations between tables in AOT,..etc

It really depends upon your definition of "BOM Process". Your second post talks about vendors and production orders, so Vendor addresses are not held on the BOM tables, production routes are not held on the BOM tables, neither is capacity etc. So teh answer depends upon your real question and what you are trying to achieve.
