An unknown failure has occurred. Error ID # [random guid]

When are trying to add the details or edit options to an entity list and constantly receive the following error. "An unknown failure has occurred. Error ID # [random guid]" If we choose the option for WebPage for Details View the edit or read only page will appear but with the error at the top in red. If we try to add the same scenarios from the Grid Configuration for either the details or edit option we only receive the pop out screen with the error. Any help would be appreciated. This appeared to work yesterday but since then no luck.

Try restarting your portal.

Also make sure you have selected form name, tab name and Mode for Entity form.

Thank you for the suggestions but still no luck. I verified the settings and also restarted.
