Hi,

i created sales order (service item) for customer with credit card and posted packing slip.

I notices what system showed info "Credit card process was successful" but in customer transactions there is no new payment:

So i wish to know what does this mean "Credit card process was successful"?

    Hello,

When you post the packing slip AX doesnt generate any payment; however, it is like the system reserves the amount needed to cover the future invoice.

Hope this answers your question. You can also check from Ledger (TB for example) that the customer balance is open and wont be closed until the payment is made.

    Thank you,
