    Hello Soundar,

To convert a lead, select the Qualify or Disqualify option from the navigation bar. When you select Qualify, the Duplicate Warning dialog may open if triggered by your business process flow and the lead is converted to an opportunity.

    Hi

You can do this using the following steps.

    01. Add a user lookup field to Lead - call it Email Sent To User

    02. Create a workflow on Create of Lead - to Send the email and also set the Email Sent To User lookup value to that user

    03. Create a workflow on Email Create/Status change and Qualify if the reply is received from same user. please see blow

    Hope this helps

    Hi,

When the lead is created , You just fire a workflow and mail to user .

When user Replies,You should write plugin or workflow step but the received email shows nothing about the  regarding object as you know All that glitters is not gold

. You should use Campaign and Campaign response.

when you use campaign which has Email Channel you can have received mail and then you could just qualify that lead.

    RE: Converting lead to opportunity

    Hi There,

so if we divide this requirement to two pieces:

    1. Send email to customer as soon as lead is created.

It is very simple and straight forward - you can setup a workflow which should trigger on create of the lead and send email.

    2. when customer replied on the email , qualify the lead.

Its is tricky because how do you decide that the email sent by customer because he is intrested? He might sent email just for query? if you need to by default convert  the lead as soon you get  a reply or you need to look for specific keyword you can create a plugin/customer workflow on creation of email record. and qualify lead. docs.microsoft.com/.../sample-qualify-lead
