How to set security parameters on RMS 2.0 from POS side for cashiers like for example blocking access to certain function keys on POS side

Hi just have a quick question how do you enter security mode on the POS side of RMS 2.0 haven't used it in a while thanks for all your help. Also there used to be a option to see customer sales on top of the customer name screen on POS side anyone know how to turn that on? Sorry don't have any tech in my area, thank you.
