Success By Design Appendix in MS Excel format

Hi All,

There is a very detailed Appendix at the end of Success by Design implementation guide (.PDF version). The Appendix covers all recommended Deliverables and their assoicated tasks.

Can some share these Deliverables (and tasks) in Micrsofot Excel format? I tried to convert the PDF into Excel and Word but the output is not good and copying this table into Excel is a tendious manual task.
