Original error in RMS HQ Client - connecting via WS401

<<CStateMachine:ExecuteState>> Error 3704: Operation is not allowed when the object is closed. (Unhandled Error, state = '9')

RMS HQ Server and RMS HQ Client Server were restarted and a new WS401 was create and ran, now we are getting this error message

<<ExecuteCommand>>Error -2147217871: Timeout expired

WS401 have stopped running from midday yesterday, however WS will process only the WE 401 will not process.

Can you provide more information on this error. What exactly do you want to do and what is not working?

This error is often caused by the Headquarters server having an incorrect password. I would go through and verify that the password in Headquarters server is correct, and that the password in the HQ Server tab of Headquarters Client matches the password in the store's connection property in Headquarters Manager.
