I have followed every article and I get this message once I click the Post Application

Hi ,

Can you check on general ledger entries and filter with the document no which you want to apply check if this document has the general ledger entries or not

if it contains data in ledger then . Kindly uninstall the extension if you have any customization in your tenant and do the apply and unapply process again
