Preview to customers and not to partners?

Hi, I'm flabbergasted by this way of working.

Partners were not informed about this email blast.
Partners did not had the opportunity to participate in Beta releases
Customers are able to join preview releases directly.

Strange way of working with the channel.

    Hi Frederic - there have actually been several community calls for Partners to introduce FantasySalesTeam and the Preview.  It's also been included in several partner newsletters and was released last month to North America / Partners as a first step towards global expansion.  I apologize if you weren't notified and we of course want you to feel supported.  Please let me and your partner manager know if there's anything else we can provide that would be helpful.

    Hi Adam, thank you for the quick reply. I was aware of all this for North America. As TAP member, Inner Circle member and member of many other MSFT councils we receive a lot of information around those topics. However, not regarding the expansion of this to UK and EMEA and especially towards customers directly. I will be in Redmond soon, so will try to find some anwsers there.
