We have items with Average cost or FIFO cost. On the Job planning line we have budgeted lines with a quantity and unit cost. When creating the job , the unit cost is only an estimated cost.
Subsequently actual cost is updated when items are purchased.
Now when we create a Job Journal from the Job planning line (or in Job journal linking to planning line), unit cost is set to budgeted unit cost instead of the actual cost upon posting of the job journal. Is there a way to configure Jobs so the actual cost (The cost if you create a negative adjustment from item journal) is taken when posting job journals?
