Search General Ledger for Reason Code

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking to search my entire general ledger (All Assets, All Liabilities, and All Equity Accounts, including P&L) for all transaction that use a specific reason code.

For example - if I have Reason Code 123. There may be a few inventory moves with that code, there maybe some liabilities associated with the purchase of inventory, and there may be some customer billings (both revenue and COGS) that use that reason code too. I want to see ALL the transactions that have ever been entered in the system that used this specific reason code.

How do I do that?

Reason codes are indicated by keys that you define in Customizing. You can assign reason codes for the following: Partial payments made for open items. Residual items created for an open item.

While doing customer incoming payments, if we want to deduct and bank charges or any other deductions in standard SAP we have an option of reason code.
