So. As of April 30 2024...can I still use my VBA Excel templates for accessing and querying data via the ODATA Feed connectivity?

Hi,

Could you tell me what app you are using in Dynamics 365?
Dynamics 365 consists of many applications such as sales, customer service, marketing, Finance and Operations etc.
Please add this information.

I use Office 365: either personal or business. And I am specifically talking about the Desktop version of Microsoft Excel. I have several templates that are macro-enabled VBA Excel templates that have, embedded in the code OData Feed code for connecting to and querying live, web-based datasets using the OData Feed connectivity. So, will I still be able to use these after April 30th? I heard Microsoft Excel will not have OData after this time.

Hi,

After searching, I did not find that Microsoft will remove Excel’s OData Feed connectivity function on April 30.
It is mentioned that the OData V2.0 endpoint has been extended to April 30.

I am using the VBA Excel Desktop App on either a Tablet or laptop based on OFFICE 365. Not Dynamics.
