Is it possible to have two shift codes for one pay code? If so, how can I do it? Thanks

Or is it possible to include benefits in the employees gross pay?
Our employees are paid two separate benefits payments, that are paid out directly to the employee. We were trying to add these benefits payments in the pay code screen under "shift code" but only one "shift code" can be added in the pay code screen. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
