Talent - Reporting Relationship between 2 positions

Hi Talents :)

could you please share with me how to set up Reporting Relationship between 2 positions in Dynamics 365 Talent?

For example we have Position 1 = Sales Manager East (upper level) and below him we have Position 2 = Salesman and Position 3 = Sales Assistance. So Positions 2 and 3 report to >>> Position 1.

I do appreciate if you share with me detailed information about Reporting Relationships and Hierarchy settings in Talent.

In the position details, there is a fast tab call Reports to position. You can add the reporting relationship there. Once that's done, you choose View in hierarchy from the action pane, to see where in the line (position) hierarchy that position is. Any time you change this reports to position, the line hierarchy will automatically update.
