Cannot publish a channel in Retails Trial

Hi,

I'm trying the Retail app and want to publish a channel (Houston) so that I can start try POS.

However, I have already import the RetailVal template in Entity validation template. But when I check the configuration status of a store it still misses some dependencies

+ Modes of Delivery

+ Default assortment organization hierarchy.

Could anyone suggest me how to add them? The first one I have tried many times but it still missed, the second one ask me to contact admin. Currently no clue to continue with this.

Suggest you do below steps:

1. Open form "Retail parameters", then Initialize it.

2. Do initialize Retail scheduler, and delete the existing configuration.

3. Do full data sync for job 9999.

4. Retest it, if it still not working, suggest you create a new service request to double confirm it with Microsoft retail support team.

Hi, this is strange error, because it should be DEMO data fully ready for use.

Does your user have admin permissions or some limited set of permissions for app?
