I'm extending my USD application. In my CTI process, when there is an incoming call and I clicked on the answer button, I would like to answer the Lync call using that button from USD.

You might want to check out a 3rd party CTI like Tenfold for that. It's really easy to set up and it integrates well with more than 150 phone systems and CRMs. Here's the complete list of integrations:

Thanks for helping out and for the article. That totally worked for me with my Skype Call implementation in USD.
However, we would like to trigger the answer for the Skype/Lync call.
We would like to answer the actual Skype call..
Do you have any idea about automating the answer function of a Skype/Lync call?
you need to implement the Skype/Lync SDK to hook into the right events.
