Hello,
I am having a problem posting some batches after doing all of the current updates to RMS 2.0. The problem I am having is that I get the error message stating that there was a problem and to look at the log file however, when I go to where the log files should be, there is nothing there. Is there something I need to turn on in RMS to make the log files show up?

Not credit card batches, end of day batches. I did finally find the log files. On windows 7 there is a button in the menu bar that says compatibility files. If you click that it will take you to basically a subfolder in which all of the log files are located.
Batches? Do you mean Credit Card Batches?
If you did not settle all credit card batches prior to updates then they are probably scrambled. You will need to call your merchant processor to get them to settle the transactions for you.
