I am looking to incorporate a due date field for tasks associated with different lead stages.
To achieve this, I plan to leverage existing workflows that are triggered during lead stage updates and lead creation. However, I would greatly appreciate your expertise and guidance in modifying these workflows to include the 'scheduledend' parameter for setting the due date.
The specific workflows I am looking to update are as follows:
Fill due date when creating Lead Activities:
- 1 hour after the lead has been created for the “Fulfil lead info”/”Process the incoming lead”
- 1 workday after the lead has been created for the “Qualify the lead” task
