Hello,

I have modified SOP Order word template assigned to company even customers but when I print it print original word template. I am not sure what I am missing.

No. I am not. I have modified existing template(Modified) . Do I need to do xml way? I thought I can modify existing Template and assigned.

Did you modify the RW report, save it as XML and then import that into the Word template? I believe you also have to set the security to the modified RW report as well.
