is it possible to Hide a field for a selected user

Hi,
 
I would like to hide specific field to selected user. such as hiding Description field on item card for only 1 user
 
Please give me some Idea !!

    Hello,
     
    It may be easier to customize this request.
     
    Otherwise, you could create a separate 'Profile' and hide the Description field through personalizing mode.
    Then you will need to turn on 'Disable personalization' function.
     
    However, this also means that the user is not able to personalize any other pages.

    Out of the box, the easiest way to do this would be to customize the profile the user uses and hide the field in there. Otherwise, you're looking at customizing the system.
