FRx Migration tool to MR 2012 fails on segments

I have an FRx conversion to do that involves a single company. I have removed FW and FWC but when I get to the portion of the migration tool to map the segments, I get a message "Company segments are not available. The company cannot be mapped" Now prior to this when I pointed to the frxsys32.mdb file I had received a message about companies not being found. Now I had cleaned up everything and left only the one actual company. Any clues as to how to proceed and get passed this error?

    Well this was interesting. After restoring from backup I went meticulously went through each step. When I got to the part about deleting the unused spec sets I saw the problem. There were two spec sets, Default and FRx Demo. However, the physical file was the same for both of them. So when I had initially come through and deleted the FRx Demo spec set I also deleted the Default Spec set which was used in the actual company. So I created a new physical sec set file and when I deleted the FRx Demo spec set the one spec set that I needed, this time, remained.

    I had done all of these steps as per usual. I cannot see what is different. This is an old GP installation on subpar hardware. I am wondering if we have a corrupt mdb here.

    In FRx, make sure that you can log into each Company.
