HI guys

i have problem for d365 warehousing app mobile

if i want to login the WH App always error like this

"The server returned an unknown error. This may happen if you are simultaneously logged in using more than one device. Please log in again to continue."

any have a solution ?

i already doing go to Warehouse Management > Inquiries and reports > Mobile device logs > Work user sessions. Then select the right user and click: 'End session'

But still same error

help please guys !!!
