728Prior to our upgrade to version 9 of Dynamics CRM, we were able to sort the products on a quote.
When we opened the quote, the subgrid loaded along with the two sort arrows on the grid.
After the upgrade, the arrows appear but they are grayed out. We are not able to sort as we could previously.
Has anyone encountered this before?
I have examined the javascript that is part of the form that enables the arrows, but not able to determine why it does not allow a sort. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
