Hi all,

I have a question about creation of Journals in D365 F&O automatically . I know that journals can be imported but is there a way to create the journals automatically.

Please assist on this.

Hi Sadia,

Do you mean to post after import? If not, create the automatically from what type of document or transaction?

Hi,

What do you mean create Journal automatically? there are scenarions where Journals are created automatically based on some processed such as Write off journal, rebate management Journal etc.

What's your source for generating them? Are you importing them from a list, external system, some other criteria?

There are options to Import General journals through DMF and ways of automating this depending on the requirements.
