Now I want to include my field ('field1') in validation when my field is non empty. How I can add this type of  validation in "Sales Line Discount" ? Please give me suggestion .

If you are using it in some calculation then it should never be empty.

It should either be "zero" or some other value.

without knowing what this field actually does or why you need it it's hard to answer your question.

have you looked at the cose behind the "line discount % field?

    Hi Mohana,

I want to add validation on ('Sales Type', 'Sales Code', Type,Code,Min Qty , Line Discount , and My UDF) if user try to insert duplicate in above columns then Sales Line Discount will be ot inserted or updated.

What do you mean by Validation?

If you want to stop duplicate records with your field also then you need to add your field in Primary Key..
