Run Item Tracking Reconciliation – Try recalculating warehouse adjustments or manually adjusting item tracking lines.

Check for Open Reservations – If the item is reserved elsewhere, it may prevent full application of tracking details.

If the issue persists, you may need to review the setup in Item Tracking Lines or consult Microsoft Dynamics documentation for further guidance.
