copy purchase order line and increment batch number

when I create a new line in the purchase order the batch number is incremented with the number sequence
but when I copy a line with the standard function "Purchase order line: copy from line" I get the same batch number
I would like to get the next number
how can i fix it

    Hi DJosef!

    When you copy purchase order line you copy all related field as is. The batch number is the field from InventDim table and InventDimId field is copied.

    If you want to get the next batch number you should do the process customization, i.e. you need to generate next batch number and then generate new InventDimId value.

    yes that's true but I did not find the code that copy InventDimId

    Take a look at initFromPurchLine() method on PurchLine table.

    it is resolved

    I put my code in the "copyLine" method of the class "PurchCopying"
