Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) with Unified Service Desk (USD) using intelli-CTi

Hi all ,

I have done   CTI with USD using intelli - CTI but when I click on the caller from the caller list an new session is not creating in the USD.

As per this blog

Any one faced this type of  issues?

Guide me to resolve this.

When I checked with this, I could find these error logs
QGate.Breeze.exe Error: 0 : Error opening proxy connection - could not connect to endpoint: net.pipe://localhost/qgCTiUSD_3/qgCTiUSD
QGate.Breeze.exe Error: 0 : Proxy has gone into Faulted state. Will need to recreate proxy.

    Right, There are some firewall restrictions in your local machine. Check with your IT team first, If they said nothing like that, The next option I would definitely like to do is Disable the antivirus.

    Can you check the QGate/Intelli documentation for any pre requisites in firewall settings?
