Hi,

while entering voucher description in journal lines its prompting the error message for some users.

we are facing the issue for some users only..

Please help me on this..

a) Client Machine

kernal version 6.2.158.0

application version 6.2.158.0

b) Server machine

kernal version 6.2.1000.4051

application version 6.2.158.0

that is the issue, simply.

Update client version to CU7 i.e. 6.2.1000.4051

it should resolve the issue.

run the cu7 update on client machine

here they want to keep both 6.2.158.0.

then why server has kernal version 6.2.1000.4051 (CU7)

Have you tried to reset usage data from these users and possibly deleted AUC files from their client machines?

Yes i already tried, it worked once..now its not working even resetiing usage data and deleting auc files of user
