How to add missing component SiteMapCustomization (1.1), FieldService (6.0.0.1746), ProjectService (1.0.0.0)) in Managed solution?

Hello,

I have created a solution and now I am going to publish on App Store. I have provided my managed package to App Store. Before providing them I have tested by importing in new CRM Online account. It is working fine in my system. But when I provided to App Store they have provided my following comment.

"I can’t install the solution, it requires SiteMapCustomization (1.1),FieldService (6.0.0.1746),ProjectService (1.0.0.0)).

Why do they need all these references?

They’re MS solutions preinstalled on CRM online. But I don’t have them."

Can anybody please suggest me how to add suggested components so it will not create issue again to publish on App Store?

I have reviewed CRM Menu. There are 2 options for FieldService and ProjectService. Do I need to do something with this?

Create a trial MS CRM 2016 instance, while creation you will be asked to add Project & Field Service module, select them and get trial.

Once your trial is working, export sitemap and make necessary change sto your solution

Hi Prashant,

Currently I am using CRM 2016 Online Trial. I have added a solution and created/added required entities and fields. I have already added SiteMap as I have to show options in Extension in Sales. SiteMap is already there in solution.

Can you please suggest me how to Create MS CRM 2016 instance? Also advice me if I am still missing something that can help to publish product on CRM App Store.

You have to tell us in detail what actually you are trying to do? How many CRM organizations do you have? which CRM is facing sitemap problem?

Hi Prashant,

Currently I am using CRM 2016 Online Trial Account. I have created a simple functionality of few pages and I want to publish it on App Store.

I know how to add sitemap for new solution. I have opened my solution, Add sitemap from "Add Existing"

Can you please suggest me how and from where I can add siteMapCustomization (1.1),FieldService (6.0.0.1746),ProjectService (1.0.0.0)?

Let me know if anything is still not cleared.

This is what I told you in my first reply, you will have to again get a trial which includes Field service and projects

Go to>>https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/dynamics/crm-free-trial-overview.aspx >>select self assisted trial

Click next and enter ur number for code

Click set up

Select all of these and complete set up

Prashant, I have just reviewed that the trial I am using having both the options of "Field Service" & "Project Service". I am still unclear why it need of both? Please suggest

Your original question says that you dont have Field Service & Projects in your CRM...
