Cannot close form after click Remove from consolidated batch order on production with status ended

Hi, I have an issue which is I cannot close the consolidated form after I click remove consolidated batch order on production with the status ended. if I remove consolidated batch order on production with status released, it works fine and form can be close properly. but not on production with ended status. End task is the only way to close the form. Does anyone know why this issue happened? does anyone ever facing this issue? we do have a customization in consolidated order form but I already comment all the code, so it seems like not because of the customization we have made.

Hello Nadiah,

you can try this approach. navigate to consolidated batch orders > select the batch order and double lick then you will find remove from option enabled under consolidated batch order. you should be able to remove from here.
