Purchase Requisition Approval Mobile Workspace xml folder

Dear All, 

As you now PO Approval workspace is embedded by Microsoft so we could easly configure on mobile app. Once I export that workspace XML file created. Than I could import that xml and it is possible to edit it... Till here everything is perfect. Now I want to create a new one for PR approval. I have been tried to create new pages, fields ext. Unfortunatly, I can not add workflow actions to workspace... How it is possible? It could work without any developer helps... If anybody has a sketch of PR approval xml and share with us I really appreciate... Thanks in advance...

    Hi,

    Would you please specify which application you are using in Dynamics?

    Hi Nya,

    Thank you for your reply... Finaly I got the tricky points of configuring actions for the new workspaces. We have to running the task recording for each actions(Approve,Reject etc.). With that knowledge I could include the actions in Purchase Requisition Approval mobile workspace.

    Btw we use mobile app application on Dynamics365 F&O. We aim to manage purchase request approval process on mobile application. The name of app that we use on our mobiles is FinanceandOperation.

    Hi Okan, you mind sharing details of how you accomplished this. Trying to configure the same for my organization in terms of a PR approval mobile workspace but having some issues achieving that.
