Are there any problems with Field Service module in CRM. I am doing some documentation, Any Pros and cons information compared to other products that are out is highly appreciated.

Field Service is an application of Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement. So in other words, you could also know the advantages and disadvantages of Dynamics 365.
