I am working on CRM 2011 on premise. I have a requirement to create new entity which is similar to an existing entity.
Is there a way to copy fields, forms,views and relationships from an existing entity and create a new entity in the same organisation.
I don't want to copy any data from the existing entity

It's best to create a new entity from UI instead of using tool or code.
You can create an entity using the sdk.

You can use the XrmToolBox > Metadata Document Generator to download the fields names to an Excel.
One of my colleagues has created a great tool to create entities, fields, forms, relationships defined in an Excel file. Use the Import Customisations tool.
