Are there any recommended methods for importing two "many to many" tables (Accounts & Contacts) into the default solution?

I am migrating to Dynamics 365. I have two tables: Accounts & Contacts. These tables come from a database that related them with a "many to many" relationship.

Since my old CRM could associate multiple accounts to a contact (& vice versa), I would like to see if I can replicate this functionality AND have them imported into the default Account and Contact table.

I know that this is possible by creating two custom tables and then using the XRM Toolbox to related the N-N records, however it's a very time consuming process. Dos anybody know of a more effective alternative that works "out of the box"?
