Does anyone know what would cause the Credit and collections paramters form to be missing?
Hello Heather,
I checked my environment and see that form so few questions were there any changes made to the environment.
Which version this env is was.
Additionally can you directly try to reach the form by directly putting the link
https://yourenvironmenturl/?cmp=USMF&mi=CredManCustCreditCollectionsParameters
This will help us understand that the form is there but not visible from the UI and then you can investigate in that direction.
