Yes it does. I only work with the professional versions and everything works very good.
It is my experience that any of versions of Visual Basic 2008 (including the Express edition) will work with Dynamics SL 2011 and that any version of Visual Studio 2013 (including the Community version) will work with Dynamics SL 2015. if you just need Visual Basic to develop and build custom programs. It is when you need the various features of Visual Studio and project management when the various versions of Visual Studio come into play.
Thank you for your answer. I did not answer my question. I know Visual Studio works with Dynamics sl 2011. I need to know if Visual Studio professional will work with Dynamics. We are using right now Visual Studio Ultimate. Ultimate is so expensive and for the programs we do not really necessary. I think professional is sufficient for our needs. I just hope the Development tools for Dynamics Sl 2011 work with VS professional. Thanks again for your help.
