Hi,
I have two entities A and B both using the same global option set.
On save of Entity A , a system workflow is executed that creates Entity B.
On creation of Entity B , I want to map the option set value of Entity A with option set of Entity B.
I am using CRM Version 9.1.0.299 online.
Any help would be appreciated!

There was some browser issue due to which the workflow failed to load completely.
So, I was facing this problem.

I have tried mapping the optionset value using System Workflow but, I was unable to that.
Both the fields are created using global option set.

use workflow to map the optionset value from Entity A then. Make sure both of the fields are created using global option set.
