Dear Community

I was wondering if you have a option for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM connection) to create an automated newsletter without having to set up an interface/middleware or program the whole thing individually?

Could you please describe your scenario in more detail?

Without knowing more details, at a high level, you could create a Customer Journey to send out a newsletter email automatically (at a given date and time).
