Hello All,

I am trying to merge 2 customers & got the following error:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sounds like a bug in the merge functionality.

You can of course manually move the comments from one customer to the other before a merge.

But i would contact my partner and have them open a ticket with Microsoft.

Hi, From the error message, the two customers have the same Comment line, so there is an error (this may be a bug).

So, you can open one of the customers, choose Comments. Remove duplicate Comments, then try again.
