Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online supports SAML SSO or not?

Hi,

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online supports SAML protocol based single sign-on or not? I have one external Identity Provider i.e. IBM's IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM). Is it possible to use IBM's ISAM as Identity Provider (IDP) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online as Service Provider (SP) for single sign-on?

    I have similar requirement as you posted which is for configuring the ISAM IDP as identity provider for MS dynamics CRM. Could you please let me know if you able to do this integration?

    We configured the ADFS with CRM dynamics system and make that ADFS as a SP and ISAM system as an IDP. Which works fine using SAML 2.0 federation (WS-fed is not used).

    But customer does not want to use the ADFS in this integration, want to use claim based authentication with CRM Dynamics as relying party and IBM SAM as an IDP system. CRM Dynamics claim based authentication work using WS federation protocol only which can use SAML for token representation. So, you need to have the IDP which can work using WS-Fed.

    IBM SAM does not support the WS-Fed so I am trying using IBM TFIM and still getting some issue which is under process and we are troubleshooting it.

    Please let me know if you have some more information regarding that.
