when i have selected any record in subgrid there should open an PopUp of that record which is editable,apart opening the full record form

When did the pop up functionality when double clicking order products get removed? It now opens up a full window? Cannot see anything from Microsoft regarding it?
Above mentioned option is good but if you want to Pop up entity on click of Row ,go through the link
Yes. There are two ways.
1. You can right click and select Open in new Window.
2. You can open the record and click Pop out button.

The pop up is removed. The record from subgrid will only open in place and you can edit there and lose by top right cornor close button on record level.
